FOXHAVEN WELLNESS CENTER is a quaint place to explore your journey into wellness & well-being. Our Baltimore Wellness & Well-Being Center offers over 200 wellness & well-being programs with a variety of in-person coaching, counseling, education, consultations, and holistic healing, alternative treatments & rejuvenation sessions. We hope to be your favorite place to visit for your wellness & well-being needs. As you explore your emotional well-being, you will discover your physical and mental well-being automatically improving. Individuals, couples, and small groups of up to 8 people are invited to experience our therapeutic sessions for personal and collective benefits.
We offer more types of Holistic Modalities than most other wellness or even medical centers. This is because of our commitment to holistic health. Alternative medicine includes a wide range of healing modalities. Your sessions may include: wellness inventory indexing, introduction to alternative medicine & holistic healing modalities, body-mind philosophies, wellness coaching or consulting, action plan development, wellness goal management skills training, stress management techniques, guided meditations, relationship coaching, emotional well-being, spiritual development, yoga, aromatherapy, reiki, EFT, angel therapy, shamanic therapy, career counseling, empowerment training, nutritional consultations, holistic lifestyles coaching, energy work, feng shui, astrology, sleep therapy, meditation instruction, sound healing, and breath work, voice lessons, and related coaching or treatment sessions. Decide what your deepest needs are, your biggest challenges, and together we can dissolve those challenges to help you live as an empowered creator.
The FOXHAVEN WELLNESS & WELL-BEING CENTER of Baltimore is a private healing studio offering professional life coaching, counseling, therapy & holistic healing. Our director has over 20 years experience working with men & women around the world. We also have offices in San Francisco (Mill Valley) and San Diego (Encinitas), CA, as well as Paia & Kihei (on Maui) in Hawaii, USA.
